How It Works — SkinBelow MicroLift Kit
Why your skincare stopped working — and the fix.
The problem nobody explained
Skin is an endocrine organ. It has oestrogen receptors that used to actively transport active ingredients — hyaluronic acid, retinol, peptides, niacinamide — from the surface down into the living dermis where repair actually happens.
As oestrogen declines from the early 40s, those receptor pathways become less responsive. The surface becomes a more effective barrier. What used to absorb now sits on top.
Your products haven't stopped working. Your skin's delivery system has changed.
What the science shows:
Oestrogen decline reduces skin collagen by approximately 30% in the first five years after menopause begins — and significantly reduces the skin's ability to absorb topically applied ingredients. The problem is not the products. It is the delivery system that changed.
What the SkinBelow MicroLift Kit does
The MicroLift Roller has 64 ultra-fine titanium pins at 0.25mm depth. When you roll the dome across clean skin with serum applied, the pins open micro-channels through the surface barrier. Your serum flows through those channels directly into living tissue as you roll.
The channels close naturally within a few hours. No downtime. No redness beyond mild warmth for 5–10 minutes. No professional required.
How to use it
Step 01 — Cleanse
Wash and pat your face completely dry. Remove the protective cap from the roller head. Apply 2–3 drops of the included Peptide Serum across your face and neck.
Step 02 — Roll
Press the exposed dome tip gently against your skin and roll in smooth upward strokes across your face and neck. 64 titanium pins open micro-channels as you roll — the serum flows through them as you go. 60 seconds total.
Step 03 — Rest
Apply any remaining serum. Replace the protective cap and store the roller. Sleep. Your skin absorbs everything overnight through the open micro-channels. Always apply SPF the following morning.
The depth that matters
| Depth | Layer | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 0–0.1mm | Stratum corneum | Dead cells. Most serums stop here. |
| 0.25mm — SkinBelow | Living epidermis | Active absorption begins. Serums reach living tissue. |
| 0.5–2mm | Dermis | Fibroblasts — collagen production. Clinical microneedling target. |
